Scott Ian of Anthrax's El Diablo pickup - black - bridge (recommended) Scott Ian has long been a legend amongst metal players. Although over the years he has been seen using many different guitars, his Seymour Duncan Custom Shop pickups have been consistent throughout and a staple of his signature tone. Delivering a massive 22.4k DC resistance and a throaty 3.75kHz resonant peak, this Alnico 2 blade design pickup is sure to give you the output and guts you've been looking for. Although aesthetically, the El Diablo looks like a Dimebucker, this beast yeilds an extra 6.15k, that's nearly the equivelant of adding another Alnico II Pro's volume on top of the Dimebucker! The Alnico 2 blade magnet design means this pickup can cover Trembucker and standard humbucker spacing without string balance becoming an issue. Recommended for rock, metal, thrash, hard hitting solos and other heavy rock styles. Introductory Price: £149.00

Warren DeMartini of Ratt/Whitesnake/Dio pickup - black - no logo - bridge (recommended) This lead guitar player from RATT is one of the un-sung heroes of popular rock music today. His back catalogue consists of a who's who of 1980's heavy rock, from Jake. E Lee, to Whitesnake, to Ronnie James Dio. This Alnico 2 magnet pickup derrives from the Alnico 2 Pro, put on steroids! With a DC Resistance of 17.6k and a 4.40kHz resonant peak, this pickup opens up just right, with the warmth and sustain of the Alnico 2 magnet. Recommended for classic rock, heavy rock, metal, anthem like solos and other heavy rock styles. Introductory Price: £149.00 |
