All small (under 1kg) orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Orders that are in stock will be shipped same day if ordered before the last post deadline of 3.30pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays or public holidays. All Larger orders (1kg upwards) Are shipped UPS Standard Parcel.
- All orders are insured to the cost of the item(s) being sent.
- This service is a 2-3 day delivery service and not Next Day so please allow 2-3 days delivery before contacting us.
- If an item is lost in the post we cannot make a claim until 14 days has past from the date of postage. Royal Mail will not pay out until 14 days have passed.
- Returns Policy
Returns for a refund will only be accepted if the item is in original condition as supplied to you with all original packaging and contents. If the items have been damaged or modified in anyway we withold the right to refuse a full refund.
A returned item due to change of mind or ordered in your error are subject to a 10% re stocking charge of the full amount charged.
An item sent out in error on our behalf you will be reinbursted your return postage to us.
- Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned goods and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account.
- Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
- Refunds and returns cannot be made when an item has been specially ordered.
- Were items need to be fitted (pickups, switches etc) correct fitting is the responsibility of the purchaser. No refund will be made if the product has been damaged due to incorect fitting
- Refunds will not be made if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
